EXTRA CREDIT

¡Buenas noticias! Arlington travel has offered you a bonus trip (10 points on your project grade) if you bring in un plato típico, a traditional dish, from the country that you have been researching. In order to receive your bonus you must complete the following:

1. Bring in a written version of the recipe, including every ingredient that is in it. This is due on the same day that your project is due, MONDAY, MARCH 10, 2008.

2. Tell me ONE fact about the dish. (Is it eaten for desayuno (breakfast), almuerzo (lunch), cena (dinner) o postre (dessert)? Is it prepared for any specific holiday?)

3. Bring the dish to class on FRIDAY, MARCH 14, 2008.

In order to receive the full 10 points you MUST complete all 3 requirements and hand in the food on its due date.
