Country Project

Country Project

¡Que suerte! Arlington travel agency has just hired you to advertise a new travel package that they will be offering. The new package will be to a Spanish speaking country of your choice and in order to plan it for them, they are paying you take a trip to the country. Es fabuloso, ¿no? In order to receive your free trip you must complete one of the following:

  1. ORAL PRESENTATION: Draw out a poster sized map of the country that you have chosen. Pinpoint each city that you will visit and draw out the route that you will take to get to each place. In a presentation for Arlington, you should explain what you need to do in order to prepare for the trip (such as obtaining a passport or exchanging currency) and give a description of each city that you will visit.

  1. WRITING/ART: Create the travel brochure that Arlington will show to its customers. In it, you should describe the most exciting cities in your country. Include pictures of what travelers should see in the country and a map showing where these cities are. Make sure to include what travelers need to do before they go on their trip such as obtaining a passport or exchanging money.

  1. WRITING: Write a diary explaining your trip. Tell Arlington what cities you go to each day and what you see there. Make sure to include entries from the weeks before the trip explaining what you need to do before traveling, such as obtaining a passport or exchanging money.
